We want you to love your Suite Benedict pieces, but if you're not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your Suite Benedict account or visit our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Place the unwanted items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are intact and the garments are unworn and unwashed.
Ship the Parcel
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the package and drop it off at any authorized courier collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
